The word “humble” should be remove from the dicitionary

Here’s what I found on the internet:

GUESS WHAT!!! This code of conduct does not exist anymore…
ALL they teach in school is to be “SUPER… I am the best…”
And ends up with a society that is selfish and self center.

Worse of all, the person that is being “humble” get trashed. Just like me…
In the old days,… there is a master vs trainees… we heard story how the master beat-up the trainees… making the best of the best… mmm… maybe in KungFu Movies…
And at least, he will promo his trainees… because he is proud of his student, and also the trainee had reached a level of skill.

Anyway,… Not in this society…. I was told being humble does not buy me any promo…. and I have to ASK/DEMAND for it….

Then I think….

That is WHY… the modern society got SCREW-UP!!

One guy with a BIG mouth will say “I am able to fix the WORLD, give a million dollar and I will make magic….” And if he failed,… He will say “BECAUSE of BAD weather ….”

Does it sound familiar to any of you??
What is said,… the credibility of the person is not validate by the “MASTER”… and he is NO humble person.

I think the word humble will no longer be used in this society.

What is the meaning of LIFE?

It is life time question,… and even to the end,… there is no answer.
But if you have walk the path of nature,… it is actually very very simple.
The meaning of LIFE is SEX.
Looks at the whole world,.. plant, fish,… all living creatures…
Do I need to explain more??
Guess not… so all we work for today is just because of it.

Great Idea??….

After seeing modern day people keep saying or talking about having “GREAT IDEA”… of solving this problem…of doing this and that….!!! I say “SCREW THAT”….It is making the society very none productive and selfish.
Why I said that??!!! If anyone has brain will realize that … the “GREAT IDEA” is just TALK… The person or group that come out with that IDEA has no idea “HOW TO” carry out the job.

WHICH MEANS… that it is better NOT to have any “GREAT IDEA” than having one.

What do anyone think… any “GREAT IDEA”??

In fact, the follow up is….
WHO is the HERO???!!! The person with “GREAT IDEA”?? or The person that MADE the idea happen.
Worse of all, the credit is not even given to the person that made it happened.
FAIR?? I said “SCREW IT” again…

So,… anyone wants to volunteer??

Happiness does it exist? Or it is an illusion?

It is everyone goal to be “happily ever after”, as the saying goes.

And “expert” write a bunch of crabs to explain how to find happiness.

Bottom line is,… are you happy?

mmm…. maybe… sometime… I think I am totally stress up…

All the excuses and reasons … NOW you ask!! Is happiness an illusion? Haa!! haa!!! I bet it is… It is just like the modern days way of marketing.

We have been cheating ourselves for decades…or more..

Because of the false “happily ever after” hope, we become more unhappy. If you have heard of the saying “Higher the expectation, greater the disappointment”

If you do the math: TOTAL HAPPINESS is equal ZERO EXPECTATION.

And ZERO EXPECTATION does not exist…

So… I guess we will never be “happily ever after”.

mmm…. I wonder what happen to Prince Charming when he got married… Haa!! haa!!

Creating new jobs??

What new jobs?? Is the job productive??

In the old days, if there are not enough workers in the farm.
We create jobs to get more workers.

In the model days, we live in this hi-tech world.
Ideally, we don’t need so many people to “work”.
But we keep creating “unneccessary” jobs.
The worse part of it is that all this jobs are too expensive.

In the cooperate world, we are seeing more managers or directors over seeing a hand full of worker bees.
In the goverment sector, it is even worse!!!
We are seeing multiple level of managers or high rank offices over see each other.
And that what they called “Create new jobs”!!!

It is like a guy that cleans the toilet would have multiple bosses.
One boss over see what he do…
One boss check what clean kits he use…
One boss check if he does the job correctly..
One boss make sure he is happy about his job..
And a higher rank office make sure his bosses are doing their jobs.
And another higher rank office make sure his bosses are happy.
And so on…..
Are you seeing a pattern here…!!

I guess it is a dumb example… but the point is…
I think the model world has too many non-productive jobs.
The worst part is all this non-productive jobs are the one that keep screaming “not enough money”!!!
There are useless and cost a lot of money.
In the real world!! The man that keep the toilet clean is the only working person.

Labor unions: the cause of budget deficit

Labor Unions, the only purpose they exist, is to ask for MORE money and LESS work.

Nowadays, modern government has every kind of laws to protect benefit of employees. No reason Labor Unions should exist.

In government jobs, Labor Unions negotiate the salary, overtime pay, retirement benefit and even work load and condition to fire an incompetent works. Do you know how difficult to correct a lazy union worker? Have you ever faced a bad attitude union workers that work for government? We have right to request them to improve! As a taxpayer supported government, we want government the one to defines salary range and benefit, no negotiation. Taxpayers just can not allow any abuse on our tax money.

Why hire Union workers? Private companies that hire non-union workers can perform better jobs.

Just about 1 month ago, Union workers of BART request salary raise without considering BART’s deficit. How would you think? In the non-union company, the employees ask employer to reduce salary so everyone can still keep a job. Why union workers behave differently? Because they own an ridiculous favorable to them working contract! We need to stop this.

San Jose Police Brutality

A recent video clip from Youtube and San Jose Mercury News reveal that an Applied Math student named Phuong Ho in San Jose State University was severely beaten by San Jose Police. 

There were four big macho P-O-L-I-C-E-S involving in this with hand cups, batons, tasers, guns, and kungfu over a 20 year old student.

Here are my suggestions how to avoid San Jose Police brutality:

 1/ Speak perfect English.  You wish!!!

 2/ Do not use veggie peeler in your own kitchen because it will be the damn reason to get shot.

 3/ Do not eat steak.  If you really want to, eat with soap over it.

 4/ Do not eat steak with your steak knife, chop sticks, or bare hands.  Use your mouth only. Why?  Steak knife is weapon, chop sticks are lethal weapon if you are Vietnamese or Chinese, bare hands are also lethal if you are Korean or Japanese.

 5/ Do not wear glasses.  Get lasik.  If your glasses fall, do not bend over to get them because you might get beaten up; on the contrary, you get pleasure in San Francisco.

 6/ You will get shot if you are mentally retarded because you are their image.

 Damn!!!  It is so hard to live in San Jose.  Sure!  Call Human Right Watch!!!

School system does not need more money!

Almost every voting pamphlet you will see proposal to increase funding to schools in bond, increase property tax, etc. But think about it, how many times we have increased the budget for schools?

People tend to tie the school fund to high quality education, do you believe it? If teachers do not grade students homework how students supposed to know their answers are correct or wrong? A Fremont parent told me, her son’s teacher collected homework and returned back to students at semester end without even check them !

A good education system tied to good teachers. We need to give incentive to good teachers and fire incapable teachers. We do not need pay high salary to superintendent, we do not need vice principal. Save the salary difference as incentive that we do not even need increase budget.

If your child come home with no homework or can finish homework in half an hour, should you not to worry what them really learned?

Do you know we owe 5 BILLION dollars to illegal immigrants?

Do you know we owe 5 BILLION dollars to illegal immigrants each year?
They give birth a baby here and we pay for the money! And averagely, we need to pay this expense at least 4 times per female illegal immigrants. Now you know the illegal immigrants contribute mostly in having babies! These babies then go to our public school drain 43% of the school fund from state.
Who said we have shortage of school fund from state should think this seriously.

In emergency situation, hospital has to treat illegal immigrants, on our money, but after they recovered we should deport them! Someone asked: Hey, we spend money to deport them. Well, how about seize the money they earned illegally here?

As long as we really enforce the immigration law and remedy steps mentioned above, I do not think illegal immigrants can consume tax payer’s money anymore.

Do you see the sign of the problem?? Whatever…. or I don’t care
I recognized that my kids and the young generation is using this word more often.
Does it mean anything? It translate to the behavior toward things in life.
The society of the future is degrading, there is no moral principal anymore.
Because, the new generation is not going to care.

Then you asked why…
WHY do they need or want to care??
WHY don’t they care anymore.

There are 2 reasons, I think…
1) If we care, the price to pay is too huge.
2) No action is taken anyway, life still go on.

Do you think human race is dying?

I was watching Discovery last night and found out 3 key facts of human race:
1) We are not monkeys… we “walk”
2) Our K9 tooth is small… we are collectors.
3) We have sex and multiples like crazy…

HARMONY?

What is harmony? How does it impact our life? It is a simple equation of balance, the LHS (Left Hand Side) equal RHS (Right Hand Side).

I think the society focus on the wrong thing. We keep trying to solve the “problem” by fixing it. And debating on the extreme side; Right and Wrong, Ying and Yang, Good and Bad, Powerful and Weak, Left and Right.

I believe that maybe the solution might be “harmony”. In the modern world, everyone is trying to be god or some super being and forget about the nature. How the animal on earth live in harmony. My understanding of harmony is 50%:50%, the balance of Good and Bad. Any one side is going to be “bad”. Simply saying “Flu season is here, wash your hand to keep clean”. If you keep washing the whole day and your hand will be dry and crack. But if you don’t wash them, they might be dirty. So, the balance of that is very subjective. That is also why it is tough to be in “Harmony”.

Maybe if I practice Tai Chi more, I might get enlightenment.

OK… let learn some Tai Chi.

RIGHT or WRONG??

Did anyone asked the question of what is “right” and what is “wrong”
It is very sad to say that most of us are lost in this world.
What do you think of the word “RESPECT”??
We don’t hear that word as much as I used to hear, when I was growing up.
Because people are not doing thing “right” anymore.
We are getting more selfish and self-protected.
If you look at the world leaders today, how many of them are doing the right thing?
And the media is also a major part to blame.
It is “twisting” the news and fact broadcast to the world.
Don’t you realized that we only hear one side to news.
It is like brain wash, when the news or information are said over and over again.

If anyone would remember, in the old days… we worked together as a community.
And we watch out for each other based on “honor” and “respect”.
Those that committed a crime will be “punished”.
Now, with the lawyer… people tends to twist the fact and make wrong to right.
Especially, the rich and powerful … me and you will suffer the pain.

Someone said that we have lost the “spirit” and the basic of what is right and wrong.

The Mushroom Theory

In nature, we have mushroom, grass and fern.

That’s how life begin…

I was told that mushroom is the “mother” of all life form. It basically reproduce itself, with out seeds. According to Dr. P, it is asexual reproduction animal. Which means there is not male and female mushroom and it will multiple on its own.

So you will ask, what about the grass? Well, that is not asexual. Then how’s grass reproduce? I will leave it to Dr. P to answer that question.
